At Duncan Wildlife Control we get asked all the time about the use of moth balls to repel wildlife and we even have customers tell us they are successful in using them , Our experience after observing many many situations where they have been used to try and repel wildlife is that they don’t work on any consistent basis and they are not the safest thing to be using inappropriately around your home or property and the following link reinforce’s our thoughts , it’s a bit of a read but interesting none the less.
