Not every noise in your attic is always a bat. But bats are known to roost and hibernate in our local home attics. Other animals found in attics include the raccoon, opossum, squirrels and the flying squirrel.

Eight species of bats live in Ontario. The most common bats found in homes are the little brown bat and the big brown bat. The less common bat species found in Ontario are the eastern pipistrelle, silver-haired, hoary, red, small-footed and northern long-eared.

We are a humane  wildlife control company with years of experience in locating bats and their entry and exit points. We use the very popular and humane bat exclusion technique that allows bats to exit a structure yet never be allowed to enter a structure again. We normally are unable to remove maternal bat colonies until the bat pups born (late June & July in attics become flight capable  in as much as mid Aug-and early Sep.
